Construction has concluded on Resia Golden Glades, a multi-family housing development with a unique twist: prefabricated bathrooms and kitchens intended to offer high-quality interiors without the cost.
The venture comprises 420 apartments divided among four five-story buildings; residences span one-bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans. The venture’s website shares that units range from about 610 to 1,025 square feet, and units are available to those earning at or less than 120 percent of the area median income (AMI).

So, for a one-person household to qualify, they could earn no more than $104,160 a year. Apartments.com lists the rent ranging from $2,115 to $3,941 monthly. In addition to the modular kitchens and bathrooms, in-unit features include stainless steel appliances, wood plank-inspired flooring, and washers/dryers.
Communal amenities include (but aren’t limited to) a 24/7 fitness center, pet spa, and swimming pool. There is also complimentary wi-fi in the common areas. Construction started on the mid-rise venture in the fourth quarter of 2023. Resia Golden Glades is one of many under the Resia banner in Florida. Other developments are located in Miami and West Palm Beach.
