Codina Partners has selected ANF Group as the general contractor for Sevilla at Downtown Doral, a two-phase residential development that will bring 412 new units to the heart of Doral. Located on a 4.2-acre site at the intersection of NW 53rd Street and NW 52nd Terrace, the project marks a significant addition to the expanding Downtown Doral neighborhood.

The first phase of Sevilla will introduce a seven-story mid-rise residential building, which will be the first of its kind in Downtown Doral. It will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences ranging from 720 to 1,708 square feet. More than 15,800 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities are planned for residents, including a resort-style pool deck with beach entry, private cabanas, BBQ stations, a zen courtyard, and a large dog park. A rooftop wellness deck will feature pickleball courts, a yoga lawn, walking paths, and lounge seating.
Indoor amenities will include a two-story fitness center, a resident lounge, and a dedicated ride-sharing lobby for added convenience.
