Hypercar-Focused Garage Design Unveiled for Pagani Residences in North Bay Village

Pagani Residences is redefining the concept of a luxury garage, introducing a space conceived not simply for vehicle storage, but as an architectural gallery designed for collectors and enthusiasts of high-performance automobiles. Developed by Riviera Horizons and Pagani Automobili, the project will rise at 7940 West Drive in North Bay Village and is the first residential development in the world to feature a hypercar-specific garage designed by Horacio Pagani.

The standout element of the tower is a sculptural garage façade that fuses form and function through materials and geometry closely tied to Pagani’s automotive design language. The façade is crafted from perforated aluminum panels featuring elliptical holes derived from the Pagani Ellipse, a shape emblematic of the brand’s identity. These cutouts enable natural light and ventilation, giving the space the ambiance of a museum while maintaining the technical requirements of a functional parking structure.

Layered metal eyebrows run across the façade to introduce a wave-like pattern, creating a dynamic and textured surface that shifts appearance throughout the day. This treatment elevates the exterior into a piece of kinetic architecture, reinforcing the garage’s role as a visual focal point within the project.

Inside, the garage is conceived as a sanctuary for rare and exclusive vehicles, with finishes and layouts that support display as much as storage. Each vehicle, regardless of make, is intended to receive the same high level of environmental consideration and visual presentation as a hypercar. Private garages will be available for purchase, offering a climate-controlled, secure space tailored to the needs of collectors.

The broader development, designed by Revuelta Architecture International with interiors curated by Pagani Arte, will rise 28 stories and include 70 residences. Completion is anticipated in 2027.

As a real esate professional, I think North Bay Village is over-building these luxury products. It is not the area with that demographic or demand. Mistakes are being made.
