Curran Young Construction has officially broken ground on a renovation and expansion of the Gulf Harbour Yacht & Country Club, located at 14500 Vista River Drive in Fort Myers. The project will significantly upgrade the private community’s clubhouse, expanding it from 29,810 to 42,600 square feet and introducing a complete interior redesign aimed at enhancing the member experience.

The renovation will include a fully reimagined interior with upscale, modern finishes, along with a new pergola feature along the exterior and a refreshed architectural design that embraces a contemporary coastal aesthetic. The clubhouse will also offer an expanded open-air dining area overlooking the marina, along with versatile outdoor seating options intended to elevate the member dining experience. From the marina-facing side, the redesigned clubhouse will feature enhanced views of the water from both the pool and interior spaces, reinforcing a seamless connection to the Club’s signature waterfront lifestyle.
