The founders of New York’s iconic Roberta’s are bringing their latest culinary venture to Miami Beach. Ezio’s Steakhouse, the Italian-inspired pop-up created by Brandon Hoy and acclaimed chef Carlo Mirarchi, will open its first brick-and-mortar location in late fall 2025 at 72 Park, the newly completed luxury condominium tower developed by Lefferts in the North Beach (NoBe) neighborhood.
Ezio’s will occupy 2,200 square feet at the northwest corner of the 22-story tower, located at 580 72nd Street. The restaurant will be part of approximately 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and marks a major addition to the area’s evolving culinary landscape.

The upscale concept was originally introduced in 2024 as a limited-run pop-up inside the original Roberta’s in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Named in honor of Mirarchi’s father, Ezio’s is rooted in the tradition of Italian hospitality and driven by a commitment to thoughtful, ingredient-focused cooking. The menu will highlight handmade pastas, locally sourced seafood, and a custom dry-aging program for beef and lamb. Signature offerings will include 30-Day Dry-Aged Lamb Saddle, 90-Day Dry-Aged Rib Steak for Two, Whole-Roasted John Dory, and Charbroiled Veal Sweetbreads, along with cocktails made from local fruit and an extensive wine list.
“We are excited to bring Ezio’s Steakhouse to Miami Beach’s dynamic culinary scene,” said Mirarchi. “We feel privileged to contribute to the energy and growth happening in North Beach, and 72 Park is the perfect location for Ezio’s first brick-and-mortar venture. The destination aligns with our dedication to offering guests enjoyable and unforgettable dining experiences.”

Hoy and Mirarchi are also behind the highly praised East Village restaurant Foul Witch, which was named to The New York Times’ 100 Best Restaurants in New York City in 2024. Roberta’s itself remains a cultural fixture, recently included in The New York Times’ roundup of the 22 Best Pizza Places in New York.
“As a native New Yorker, I admire how Brandon and Chef Mirarchi approach hospitality through thoughtful, experience-driven concepts,” said Mendy Chudaitov, founder of Lefferts. “When identifying a culinary partner for the building, they immediately stood out. Their commitment to quality and creativity align perfectly with the 72 Park lifestyle. We’re proud to welcome them and look forward to the energy Ezio’s will bring to NoBe.”
72 Park, designed by Built Form with interiors and landscaping by Urban Robot Associates, was completed in March 2025 and is LEED Gold certified. It is the first new luxury condominium to be delivered in North Beach in more than five years and the first in Miami Beach to allow short-term vacation rentals. The building is 97 percent sold, with remaining residences ranging from 470 to 1,177 square feet and prices starting in the $800,000s. It is the first of four planned developments in the neighborhood by Lefferts.
