Glazing is nearing completion on One Park Tower by Turnberry, a 33-story residential tower rising within the 184-acre SoLé Mia master-planned community in North Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica, the building will span 869,000 square feet and contain 292 condominium residences. Juneau Construction Company is the general contractor.
Recent aerial photographs reveal that floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors have been installed across most of the tower. Balcony glass railings and dividers can also be seen on many levels, while the roof is fully lined with transparent guardrails. The protective blue film that covers the glass panels is steadily being removed, with only the uppermost floors still showing portions of it.

The tower’s stucco finishes appear substantially complete as well, with smooth white walls now framing the glass windows and doors. Additional glass railings have been fitted around the roof of the parking podium, while the remaining sections of facade will be closed in once the dual hoist elevators are dismantled and replaced with their permanent glazing.

ONE Park Tower will offer seven distinct residence types, including three floors dedicated to 21 ultra-luxury penthouses with five unique layouts. Residences will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, oversized wrap-around balconies, and high-end Italkraft vanities. The tower will also provide 60,000 square feet of amenity space, along with 208,000 square feet of structured parking across five levels, accommodating 516 vehicles. Interiors are being designed by Meyer Davis Studio, while the landscape architecture, including lush private gardens, is envisioned by DS Boca.

As part of the larger SoLé Mia master plan, the tower anchors a transformative development redefining luxury living in North Miami. Residents will have access to a seven-acre Crystal Lagoon with private beaches and cabanas, as well as the One Beach Club, which will provide kayaking, paddle boarding, snorkeling, and water mats adjacent to the 1,000-acre Oleta River State Park nature reserve.

The project topped off construction in early April 2024 and remains on track for delivery late this year. The Eklund Gomes Team of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is handling sales and marketing.
