Vertical construction is well underway for Hamilton House, a high-rise residential tower in Miami-Dade County.
Upon completion, the 38-story tower will host 114 luxury apartments, with the average home spanning more than 2,500 square feet. In-unit amenities include nine to 10-foot-high ceilings and private terraces. In total, the venture will host just over 290,000 square feet of leasable space, 7,000 square feet of which will be ground-floor retail space.

AIMCO (Apartment Investment and Management Co.) is developing the luxury waterfront community. Original plans called for 241 apartments in a 60-story building, however, according to the South Florida Business Journal, the developer downsized the project to increase the residences’ size. The firm intends to spend more than $220 million to make the development possible.
Construction began on the development last year, with completion slated for the third quarter of 2027. Hamilton House will be directly across from the Hamilton. Once owned by AIMCO (and later sold to Kushner Cos.), the 276-unit community underwent an extensive renovation before being sold in 2022.
Stantec is providing architecture, MEP and civil engineering, and construction administration services for the project.
Our sources list the address of Hamilton House as 560 to 640 N.E. 34th St., Miami, Florida, 33137, in Miami-Dade County.
