Dependable Equities has announced that Equinox will open its first Fort Lauderdale location at Ombelle Fort Lauderdale, a mixed-use development planned for 300 NE 3rd Avenue in the Flagler Village neighborhood. The 35,000-square-foot facility will occupy the first two floors of the North Tower and feature the brand’s signature group fitness classes, personal training, spa services, and amenities.

Residents of Ombelle will receive a “founding membership,” which includes a complimentary one-year membership with unlimited access to classes, on-demand training, and health advisory services. The club will also feature a full-service spa, one-on-one coaching powered by the EQX OS platform and Health Advisory Board, and a juice bar.

Ombelle will comprise two towers rising 43 stories, containing 775 condominiums. Designed by ODA, the development will feature over 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail and more than 100,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. Residences, priced from the $400,000s, will range from 465-square-foot studios to three-bedroom layouts measuring over 1,400 square feet, as well as penthouses up to 2,600 square feet. Homes will offer smart-building technology, Italian custom-designed kitchens and bathrooms, open-concept layouts, and 10-foot ceilings in main living areas. Fully furnished packages will be available, and units may be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

The 10th-floor amenity level, curated by Arch Amenities, will include a landscaped indoor lounge, chef’s kitchen, dining room, coworking suite, library, music room, creative arts studio, and game lounge. The South Tower will contain an additional fitness center, wellness lounge with outdoor Zen garden, children’s playroom, and resort-style pools and cabanas.
