Construction permits are in the works for a mid-rise mixed-used development in Miami’s evolving Wynwood neighborhood.
Wynwood One is set to measure six stories above grade and comprise 70 “residential-style hotel units designed for short- and extended-stay living.” According to Brick Lane, the class-A luxury homes would include junior one-bedroom units, standard one-bedroom units, and two-bedroom units. the amenity-rich community would include a rooftop swimming pool, fitness center, and cabanas; other amenities would include conference areas, on-site parking, and other modern offerings.
The Next Miami notes that floors one through six would feature close to 50,000 square feet of leasable residential space, and the venture’s bottom floor would host four bays for micro-retail. The smaller-than-average commercial space will be geared toward boutiques, art studios, and small business owners. MDKA is the interior designer and architect.

This project has been in the works since 2023. In May 2024, the developer filed a total demolition permit; the single-family home on the site has since been demolished. The developer also filed for a phase vertical permit this past June.
Wynwood One is set for 145 NW 30th Street, Miami, FL, 33127, in Miami-Dade County.
