The William, a luxury high-rise condo planned for North Miami Beach, is set for a mid-2026 groundbreaking. The 26-story tower will feature 374 residences, measuring about 550 to 1,410 square feet. Layout plans span studio to three-bedroom models. The smallest residences start at around $380,000, with the largest homes topping out at more than $1 million.
Future residents at The William will have access to more than 40,000 square feet of amenities, including (but not limited to) a resort-style swimming pool, a pet spa, an on-site café, and other offerings. The community itself will also be ideally situated near many of North Miami Beach’s attractions, including Oleta River State Park. Without traffic, it’s about a 15-minute drive from the Hard Rock Stadium.

Blue Road and Ilia Development Group are the developers. The pair acquired the venture’s 1.1-acre build site for $7.5 million in 2022. Currently, the site hosts a medical office that’s set for demolition.
Carlos Ott and Behar Font & Partners are the architects. Urban Root is the interior designer. Construction is anticipated to take three years, meaning the first residents could move in summer 2029.
The William is slated for 2040 NE 163rd Street, North Miami Beach, Florida, 33162, in Miami-Dade County.
