Developer Hallandale Central Park LLC has proposed an eight-story multifamily housing project in Broward County.
Hallandale Central Park would occupy a 0.77-acre site assembled for $2.32 million in 2022 and 2023. The project, comprising 91,020 square feet of new construction, would replace the 11 apartments currently on the site with a 90-unit residential development.
According to Hallandale Beach records, there would be five floorplans; from smallest to largest, they include studios, “large studios,” one-bedroom/one-bathroom models, one-bedroom models with a mezzanine, and one-bedroom/two bathroom models with a den.

Homes would measure 500 to 1,010 square feet, with the average unit measuring 755 square feet. There would be a variety of on-site amenities for residents to enjoy, including a third-floor deck with a swimming pool and fitness center. The development itself is situated near many local amenities, such as the Hallandale Beach YMCA Family Center across the street.
In addition to the residential aspect, Hallandale Central Park would host 140 parking spots and about 910 square feet of commercial space. As noted, Hallandale Central Park, LLC is the developer. Synalovski Romanik Saye is the architect, and Flynn Engineering Services is the civil engineer.
Hallandale Central Park is planned for 125 SE 5th St, Hallandale Beach, FL, 33009, in Broward County.
