Astor Sound at Lake Worth is nearing the end of construction in Palm Beach County.
The multi-family housing development is set to feature 230 units in four two- to five-story buildings. Residences span one-bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans, with layouts measuring 715 to 1,160 square feet. In-unit offerings include a variety of high-end features, such as quartz countertops, chef-inspired kitchens with islands, and in-unit washers/dryers.
Astor Sound at Lake Worth will also host communal amenities such as a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and game room. In total, the venture will feature close to 280,000 square feet of new construction.

Midtown Capital Partners is the developer. The firm recently secured a $57 million bridge loan to bring the project to completion. These will be market-rate units. RentCafé notes that the average rent of a 976-square-foot apartment in Lake Worth is currently $2,249. Astor Sound at Lake Worth may or may not fall within those parameters.
Lake Worth has seen quite a few projects break ground this past year. Recently, Florida YIMBY reported on the Residences at Lake Worth, a five-story workforce housing development with 195 units. We also highlighted Lake Worth Station, a five-story, 91-unit luxury community with some workforce housing.
Astor Sound at Lake Worth is set for the 6.5-acre site at 2201 Tenth Avenue N, Lake Worth, Florida, 33461, in Palm Beach County.
