Marina Bay Residence, a 12-story, multi-family development, is slated to be the last major development within St. Petersburg’s 67-acre Marina Bay community.

The mid-rise tower is anticipated to yield 96 residences, including eight two-story penthouses and six single-story villas. St. Pete Rising reports that homes will measure 1,500 to 3,050 square feet each. The condos are currently priced at $1.5 million, averaging about $1,000 per square foot. The penthouses start at $7 million, while the wraparound villas start at around $2 million.

Tampa-based BDG Architects designed the community to mirror a Mediterranean-style resort, with the development hosting water features (such as fountains) and a pond that connects to an interconnected lake system.

Residents will also have access to a host of upscale amenities, including (but not limited to) a rooftop, hotel-style swimming pool, gym, and business conference center. There will also be a two-level parking garage with 250 spots.

Anderson Lane Inc. is the civil engineer.  Construction is anticipated to start on Marina Bay Residence in spring 2026 and reach completion two years later. Before the project can proceed, developer Reza Yazdani must get a height variance to increase the parcel’s maximum allowable height from 85 feet to 150 feet.

Marina Bay Residence would take shape on a five-acre parcel in Marina Bay’s gated community, located on Harbor Way South in St. Petersburg, Florida.
