MG Developer has announced that Raymond Jimenez, founder of Raymond Nicolas and featured designer on Netflix’s Designing Miami and HGTV’s Divided by Design, will lead the interior design of Alhambra Parc, a 10th anniversary milestone project for the firm.
Located at 33 Alhambra Circle, the mixed-use development is being designed by Bellin & Pratt Architects and will rise in the heart of Coral Gables with 78 residences, 13,000 square feet of office space, and nearly 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Homes will range from one to three bedrooms, spanning 860 to 2,800 square feet, with pricing starting at $1 million.

Jimenez, alongside interior designer Carlos Guevara, will curate the interiors of all social and shared spaces, including lounges, wellness areas, rooftop retreats, a fitness center, and a business lounge. Drawing inspiration from Coral Gables’ Mediterranean heritage and the original Alhambra Palace in Spain, Jimenez is developing a palette of arched forms, sculptural finishes, travertine flooring, medium-toned oak, and custom lighting. Metals in matte and aged copper will provide contrast and balance across the amenity program.
