Astor Park, formerly known as Advantis Station, has officially topped out at 333 Northeast 6th Street in Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village. Developed by Midtown Capital Partners and designed by Baker Barrios Architects, the 12-story, two-tower mixed-use development occupies a 1.42-acre site across from Peter Feldman Park within one of the city’s most active urban districts. BCC Construction serves as the general contractor.

New close-up aerial images provided by Midtown Capital Partners capture the final concrete pour taking place atop the second tower, marking the completion of the superstructure phase. Crews can be seen spreading and finishing the freshly poured concrete over post-tension cables as a blue boom pump extends across the upper levels, while formwork, rebar mats, and shoring remain visible on adjacent sections. The milestone pour officially brings both towers to their full height, with construction now transitioning into façade installation and interior build-out.

When complete, Astor Park will deliver 252 market-rate rental units and 1,256 square feet of ground-floor retail space fronting NE 3rd Avenue and NE 6th Street. The two towers rise from a shared podium totaling 333,094 square feet and include four live/work residences designed for small business owners seeking a connected commercial and residential layout.

Resident amenities will include a landscaped pool deck on the 6th floor, co-working lounges, a fitness center, and multiple social spaces. The development will also include a 300-space parking garage within the podium, designed to activate the street level and support Flagler Village’s growing pedestrian environment. Completion is expected in the third quarter of 2026.
