Atlanta-based Quinn Residences has secured funding for two multi-family housing developments in Florida.
The first is Quinn Residences at Moccasin Wallow. Located in Manatee County, the build-to-rent community will feature 284 units: 144 townhomes and 140 one-story villas. Communal amenities will include a resort-style swimming pool, a fitness center, and three pickleball courts. There will also be a dog park and children’s playground. Construction is anticipated to conclude by the end of this year.

The second venture is Terra View. That project will comprise 169 three-bedroom townhomes with three distinct floorplans. Like Moccasin Wallow, the community will host a residents-only lounge and clubhouse. There will also be a community park measuring about an acre, along with walking trails to emphasize wellness. Groundwork is anticipated to start by the end of this year.
The homes at Moccasin Wallow and Terra View share many similarities. The average residence at both communities will span 1,500 square feet and feature an enclosed patio and detached garage. They will also both be managed by Quinn Residences. Madison Realty Capital provided $108.6 million in funding to finance both projects.
A major difference is where both communities are located. Quinn Residences at Moccasin and Terra View are set for Parrish and San Antonio, Florida, respectively. Specifically, Terra View will be situated at 31725 County Road 52, San Antonio, Florida, in Pasco County.
