Advantis Station at Flagler Village is advancing construction at 333 Northeast 6th Street in Fort Lauderdale’s urban core. Designed by award-winning firm Baker Barrios Architects and developed by Midtown Capital Partners, the 12-story, two-tower mixed-use development encompasses an assemblage of seven lots totaling 1.42 acres across from Peter Feldman Park.

A recent aerial photograph shows that both towers have topped out, with ongoing activity visible on the rooftops. Shoring equipment remains present on the upper floors, suggesting that the final levels were completed only recently. Two tower cranes and buck hoists remain active on site, supporting crews as they begin transitioning from structural work to façade installation and interior build-out.

The project will deliver 252 Class A apartments along with 1,256 square feet of ground-floor retail space fronting NE 3rd Avenue and NE 6th Street (Sistrunk Boulevard). Rising from a shared podium, the towers will span a total of 333,094 square feet. Four of the ground-floor residences are designed as live/work units, allowing small business owners to operate a commercial space directly connected to their apartments.

Amenities will include an expansive pool and landscaped deck located on the 6th floor, as well as co-working lounges, fitness facilities, and resident social spaces. The podium will integrate an enclosed garage with 300 parking spaces, screened and wrapped with activated street-level frontage to reinforce the neighborhood’s pedestrian environment.

  1. This is 3rd Avenue and 6th Street. The article incorrectly states this as Andrews and 6th.

  2. I’ve seen no sign of activity here for more than a month. Can you tell us why construction is halted?

  3. Construction is back on again after a several month pause. I am wondering what the status is of the Merimac property down the street on Federal Highway between 3rd and 4th St. They made the foundation and set up spots for cranes a year ago, but all has been silent since then. It’s supposed to be 2x 40 story appt towers.
