Centennial Bank has closed a $34.6 million construction loan for the development of a custom waterfront residence in Gables Estates, a gated community in Coral Gables where estate values rank among the highest in South Florida. The project is led by a joint venture between The Boschetti Group and CMA Homes, founded by designer Cesar Molina, principal of CMA Design Studio Inc. Insignia Construction Company, an affiliate of The Boschetti Group, is serving as the general contractor.

The land was acquired in January 2024. Construction begins after more than a year of site planning and architectural design work intended to align the residence with the community’s standards of craftsmanship, privacy, and long-term value. The home is designed as a fully custom waterfront estate and continues a pattern of high-end residential development within Gables Estates.

The Boschetti Group and CMA Design Studio have collaborated on approximately four custom residences over the past six years in several of Miami’s most established neighborhoods. Their work focuses on detailed planning, architectural cohesion, and durable construction practices.
