The NRP Group and PointOne Holdings have announced the grand openings of Adria and Maren, two newly completed residential communities totaling 665 units at 604 and 526 Vistera Boulevard in Venice, Florida. Both developments were designed by Slocum Platts Architects and introduce a range of multifamily housing options influenced by coastal and Mediterranean architectural elements.
The properties are located within close proximity to Gulf Coast beaches, Sarasota Memorial Hospital, and Downtown Venice. Nearby recreational destinations include Venice Golf and Country Club, Sleeping Turtle Preserve North, and several local parks.

Designed by Slocum Platts Architects, Adria contains 335 units across two four story buildings with one, two, and three bedroom layouts. Maren comprises 330 units across four four story buildings with studios to three bedroom residences. Both communities offer private balconies and townhome options. The townhomes include three bedroom and two and a half bathroom configurations with two car garages, private patios, and individual entryways. Adria features 36 townhomes and Maren includes 12. Interior finishes across both communities include stainless steel appliances and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
Residents have access to a range of amenities that include a clubhouse lounge, fitness center, resort style pool, grilling stations, co working spaces, and pet friendly features such as a dog park and pet spa. Adria also includes a golf simulator and a whiskey room.
PointOne Holdings is the equity partner for both developments.
