Located at 300 Northeast 3rd Avenue, construction is expected to be completed in 2028.

Located on floors two through nine, the Flagler Collection will include studios, one-bedrooms, one-bedrooms plus dens, and two-bedroom residences. These thoughtfully planned layouts prioritize accessibility and value—an appealing option for first-time luxury buyers and local professionals.

  1. Urban development is great.. make sure plenty of public green space. Pocket parks , trails etc.., Think London guys👍🚲🌲

  2. Another dog park building next to the dog park building that I just moved out of. Will be a new addition to Fort Lauderdale with the same high prices for small units, which is also common in Fort Lauderdale.

  3. Cool that’s it’s not another two cigarette box twin-tower project, but the facades need work. Far too cluttered with a lot going on needs to be symmetrical.

  4. Does anyone build anything for the middle class anymore? Seems like everyone is a millionaire around here.
