Sage Intracoastal Residences, a 28 story boutique condominium tower at 900 Intracoastal Drive in Fort Lauderdale, has broken ground. Designed by Fort Lauderdale based FSMY Architects with interiors by BAMO and developed by Property Markets Group (PMG), the development will sit along 200 linear feet of the Intracoastal Waterway and will comprise 44 luxury residences with enhanced privacy through just two homes per floor. John Moriarty and Associates is serving as general contractor, and completion is expected in late 2027.

The collection of three and four bedroom residences will begin at 2,767 square feet, each oriented for unobstructed views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, protected in perpetuity by the Bonnet House Museum and Gardens. Homes will feature ten foot ceiling heights, Italian kitchen cabinetry custom designed by BAMO, floor to ceiling impact resistant glazing, expansive private terraces with summer kitchens and clear glass railings, custom Italian entry and interior doors, smart home systems, high end appliances, and midnight bars in primary bedrooms. The Sage Penthouse Collection will offer increased ceiling heights as well as private rooftop spaces with summer kitchens and plunge pools.

Residents will have access to more than 19,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities organized around a wellness focused lifestyle. The programming includes the Sage Wellness Spa with steam, sauna, and cold plunge areas, private treatment rooms, his and hers locker facilities, and outdoor terraces. Additional offerings include a fitness studio with advanced exercise equipment, a movement studio, and a dedicated yoga lawn.

Outdoor spaces are positioned along the waterfront and feature a resort style pool with lounge areas, an expanded jacuzzi, a cafe, grilling station with dining areas, a water view bar and lounge, and private cabana suites. Indoor amenities include a golf simulator.

Services will include a private residential porte cochere with twenty four hour valet, a twenty four hour front desk concierge, house bicycles, a dog run, dog walking services, package delivery, and valet parking. The building will also incorporate smart building systems, semi private elevators, and private elevator foyers for each home.

Nice addition to the skyline and beautiful looking, well sized condos. But the parking podium is awful and the way the building meets the water is dismal. Wish they would have come up with something more imaginative and aesthetically pleasing. Hopefully, they will add landscaping to hide the podium and soften the base.
