Witkoff Group and Monroe Capital have completed the concrete foundation pour for Shore Club Private Collection, the new residential development rising at 1901 Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. The project is designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects and is being built by Coastal Construction. The work marks a significant construction milestone for the 20-story tower that will join two additional residential components on the three-acre site.

The pour lasted more than 15 continuous hours and used approximately 1,100 cubic yards of concrete. Two pump trucks placed concrete at a rate of 200 cubic yards per hour with support from 140 concrete trucks. The operation forms the foundation for the ground up tower portion of the development, which is now more than 85 percent sold.

“This milestone represents an exciting moment in bringing to life our vision for Shore Club,” said Alex Witkoff, CEO of Witkoff. “With the residences over 85 percent sold and construction progressing swiftly, we have incredible momentum that reflects the enduring appeal of this development, from its timeless architecture and world class amenities to its prime oceanfront location.”

Shore Club Private Collection comprises 49 residences across three buildings. The tower will rise 20 stories with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. Cromwell House, originally completed in 1939, is being restored and reimagined as six residences. The Beach House will offer a single family oceanfront home surrounded by gardens. Landscape design is by Nathan Browning of Island Planning Corporation.

All three components are scheduled to open simultaneously in 2027.

“With the foundation now complete, construction is moving full steam ahead toward what will become one of the most distinctive residential developments on Miami Beach,” added Theodore Koenig, Chairman and CEO of Monroe Capital. “Shore Club’s combination of architectural heritage, world class design, and location has resonated strongly with buyers from around the globe.”

The project is being developed in partnership with Auberge Resorts Collection. Residential owners will have access to amenities and services within the resort, including a private porte cochere entrance, three swimming pools, a fitness center, library, lounge areas, and access to Auberge’s spa, concierge, housekeeping, and beach club. Food and beverage offerings will include in-residence dining, sommelier services, a signature restaurant, a poolside café and bar with cabana service, and a double-height café and bar opening onto an outdoor lounge.

Sales and marketing are being handled exclusively by Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
