Naftali Group’s Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale has announced a partnership with The Fort, South Florida’s premier sports, wellness, and social destination. As part of this collaboration, the first 200 condominium buyers will receive annual memberships to the Fort Lauderdale Pickleball Club.
“Partnering with The Fort allows us to bring a new level of luxury amenities to Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale,” said Danielle Naftali, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Design at Naftali Group. “We design our residences with hospitality-driven services and curated experiences. By introducing amenities like pickleball and offerings that reflect our residents’ passions, this partnership brings energy and connection to the community.”

The Fort is located just minutes from the development and features 43 pickleball courts, including covered and championship stadium courts, along with beach club access, lakeside dining, open-air social spaces, and wellness-focused amenities. The club’s members enjoy dining at Serves & Thirds and The Florida Room, both led by award-winning chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth. The partnership will grant Viceroy residents priority court access, event reservations, concierge coordination for lessons and group bookings, and invitations to Viceroy x The Fort social events.

“We’re thrilled to partner with such a prestigious brand,” said Brad Tuckman, Co-Founder of The Fort. “Viceroy’s reputation for luxury and connection aligns perfectly with our vision to create a third place for our members, a space beyond home and work where people can relax, play, and build community. Together, we’re redefining what it means to live well in Fort Lauderdale.”

Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale is the city’s first Viceroy-branded condominium. Rising 45 stories, the tower is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Rockwell Group. The building will feature over 30,000 square feet of amenities, including a full-service spa, lounge and pool areas, curated social programming, and concierge services. Developed by Naftali Group and exclusively represented by Douglas Elliman, the project brings a new level of hospitality-driven residential living to Fort Lauderdale’s Flagler Village neighborhood.

Three trends that need to be immediately abandoned:
Buildings that look like suitcases with handles
Buildings that have exoskeleton features in their construction
Buildings that use wooden slants ANYWHERE in the design
Basically, anything by Arquitectonica which is a box or two atop parking podiums. All the opportunities knocking at our door, especially with the ongoing NYC exodus about to increase exponentially, and this the best? Mediocre architecture with a pickleball membership? SAD!
When is this building expected to break ground? The twin tower apartments being developed by Miramac across from the Dalmar has been on hold for almost a year. And, Ombrelle down the street looks like it’s getting ready to get started.
