The Winslow, a 320-unit garden-style multifamily community developed by Mast Capital in partnership with BLG Capital Advisors, has completed construction at 13370 Magnolia Oak Circle in North Fort Myers, Florida.

The newly delivered rental development consists of a collection of three- and four-story residential buildings and adds new housing inventory to a growing submarket north of the Caloosahatchee River. The project was designed by Humphrey’s & Partners Architects and built by Kaufman Lynn. Construction financing of approximately $65 million was provided by Centerbridge Partners in 2024.

The Winslow offers a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom rental residences. Unit interiors feature luxury vinyl flooring, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, full-size washers and dryers, spa-style bathrooms with soaking tubs and backlit mirrors, and private balconies.

On-site amenities include a fitness center, coworking lounge, entertainment kitchen, on-site marketplace, and dog spa. Outdoor amenities include a beach-entry swimming pool with sun deck, shaded cabanas, grilling areas, a dog park, and landscaped lawns designed for recreation and fitness use.

“The Winslow is not just a new residential development—it’s an investment in the long-term growth of North Fort Myers,” said Camilo Miguel, Jr., Founder and CEO of Mast Capital.

“Our vision was to deliver a community defined by quality design, practical functionality, and a lifestyle that meets today’s demands. We are proud to welcome residents to a property that underscores our continued commitment to shaping Florida’s most promising markets.”

“The Winslow is a big win for our community—it’s bringing new energy to the area, drawing interest from businesses and visitors alike,” said Commissioner Brian Hamman, who represents North Fort Myers.

“Mast Capital has done a great job, and this is a clear example of how our revitalization efforts are delivering real economic results. The plan we put in place is working.”

The Fort Myers metropolitan area continues to experience steady population and employment growth, supporting increased demand for new rental housing. With its completion, The Winslow contributes additional multifamily capacity to the region while advancing ongoing revitalization efforts in North Fort Myers.
