Construction crews have topped off Bay Harbor Towers, an 8-story luxury condominium development at 10141 East Bay Harbor Drive in Bay Harbor Islands. The waterfront project is being developed by PPG in partnership with its capital partner, L3C Capital Partners. Designed by internationally acclaimed architect Kobi Karp, with interiors by Interiors by Steven G. and landscape architecture by CLAD, the development will feature 44 two to four bedroom residences ranging from 1,857 to 4,902 square feet.
On November 18, 2025, PPG Development and its exclusive sales and marketing partner, Fortune Development Sales, hosted a topping-off celebration attended by approximately 100 of the area’s top real estate agents, project partners and special guests. Following a reception and remarks in the sales center, attendees were invited to the rooftop to take in the sweeping water and skyline views that future residents will enjoy.

“This is an incredibly special moment for us,” said PPG CEO Ari Pearl. “Since breaking ground a little over a year ago, our general contractor, Civic Construction, has kept the project on schedule and moving steadily toward a targeted completion in the third quarter of 2026. I want to thank everyone on our team for getting us to this critical point.”

Sales activity for the project has remained strong, including several new contracts in recent weeks and a newly signed penthouse. Only nine residences, starting at $2.6 million, and two penthouses, starting at $10 million, remain available.
“Reaching the 75-percent-sold milestone, Bay Harbor Towers has achieved more sales volume than any other condominium development in Bay Harbor Islands,” Pearl noted. “This momentum shows the market’s confidence in what we’re delivering.”

Buyers continue to be drawn to the building’s serene waterfront setting — a refined alternative to the energy of Miami and Miami Beach.
“The level of interest we’re seeing at Bay Harbor Towers reaffirms the strength of the design, the setting and the lifestyle the project offers,” said Edgardo Defortuna, President & CEO of Fortune International Group. “I am very hopeful the momentum we achieved over the last few months will continue as we approach the busy winter selling season in South Florida.”
