A Miami Lakes-based developer is proceeding with a residential project in Davie.
Prestige Davie Main Street is set to feature two buildings measuring three and four stories above grade. Occupying a 0.86-acre site, it would host 48 apartments: 36 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom homes. They would measure 750 to 1,000 square feet each.
The workforce housing units would be available to tenants earning up to 140 percent of the area median income (AMI). Broward’s median household income was $82,100 as of 2024. In addition to the 48 homes, Prestige Davie Main Street will have 5,208 square feet of retail.

Prestige Davie Main Street Place LLC, an affiliate of Prestige Builders, is the developer. The firm’s in-house contractor intends to break ground on the project in January 2026; Albert O. Gonzelez is the architect.
Prestige Builders is working on another project in Davie: Pioneer Lofts. The venture would offer 105 apartments in three stories. Like Prestige Davie Main Street, it would offer workforce housing.
The developer bought the vacant 0.89-acre site for Prestige Davie Main Street for $2.3 million in 2024. It is set for 4260 Davie Road, Davie, Florida, 33314, in Broward County. Groundbreaking is expected early next year.
