Revv Hollywood Marks Completion Following Issuance of Temporary Certificate of Occupancy

Revv Hollywood has reached completion in the heart of Hollywood, with The Calta Group announcing that the eight-story multifamily development has received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy from the City of Hollywood. The milestone, issued on December 1, allows the contemporary community to begin welcoming residents as part of the city’s ongoing urban redevelopment. The property is located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale within Hollywood’s emerging residential core.

The project is developed by The Calta Group and delivers 180 studio, one and two bedroom layouts, including 18 live and work residences. Floor plans range from 445 to 1,315 square feet. Interiors are designed with European style cabinetry, quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and contemporary fixtures. Units include private balconies, in unit washers and dryers, and high speed fiber connectivity. The live and work residences feature two level configurations with workspace and kitchen areas on the ground floor and private living quarters above.
