Vertical construction has reached a major milestone at The Edge Sarasota, as developers marked the topping out of the 10-story boutique condominium at the corner of Cocoanut Avenue and Fruitville Road in downtown Sarasota. Construction is being led by Voeller Construction, with architecture by BDG Architects and interior design by DSDG Architects. Principals from Jebco Ventures and ORE Development joined buyers on site to commemorate the final floor pour, signing a concrete plinth that will become part of the completed structure.
