Florida East Coast Realty Completes Lobby Renovation at 1101 Brickell Office Towers in Miami

Florida East Coast Realty (FECR) has completed a renovated lobby at 1101 Brickell, a pair of office towers totaling approximately 300,000 square feet at 1101 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. The upgrades coincide with a strong leasing year for the property and the introduction of new ground-floor amenities.

The twin towers are owned by FECR and are located prominently along Brickell Avenue. The redesigned lobby was planned to improve circulation, visibility, and the overall arrival experience for tenants and visitors, reflecting the ongoing investment in the asset’s long-term performance.

The renovation was delivered during a period of leasing momentum at 1101 Brickell. Recent tenants added to the roster include Hurricane Capital, Edward Jones, Savile Nexus, and Eco Wave, contributing to increased occupancy across the office complex.

The lobby improvements align with the 2025 opening of CLAUDIE, a French-Mediterranean restaurant by Riviera Dining Group located on the ground floor of 1101 Brickell. The restaurant includes both indoor and outdoor dining areas and introduces an active hospitality component to the office property.

Leasing for the towers is handled by Colliers, with Jake Freeman, Kevin Gonzalez, and Maggie Guajardo Kurtz leading commercial and office leasing efforts for the building.
