Tomorrow, Bay Harbor Islands’ Development Review Committee will consider plans for a waterfront Class A development.
The proposed venture would measure eight stories above grade and require 141,746 square feet of new construction. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the venture would feature 33 two-bedroom and four-bedroom condos. They would span about 1,570 square feet to 4,420 square feet each, with the average unit measuring 3,085 square feet.
Amenities would include a rooftop swimming pool, two ground-floor swim spas, and other high-level offerings. There would also be 69 parking spots, averaging about one per unit.

Toronto-based 9291 EBH Ltd, an affiliate of Westdale Properties, is the developer. If approved, the project would mark the firm’s first entry into the South Florida multi-family housing market. It purchased the project’s 33,750-square-foot property for $11.25 million in 2022. The site formerly hosted a residential building that has since been demolished.
Miami-based Kobi Karp Architecture and Los Angeles-based Gehry Partners designed the project. Kobi Karp has many projects in its pipeline, one of which being a 575-foot-tall tower poised to transform Miami’s Overtown’s skyline. Florida YIMBY reported on this venture in October 2025.
The proposed eight-story, 33-condo development will be considered for 9291 and 9301 E Bay Harbor Dr, Bay Harbor Islands, FL, 33154, in Miami-Dade County.
