UNO South Pointe, a Class A office building located at 119 Washington Avenue in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood, has completed a comprehensive interior renovation and has unveiled plans for a vertical expansion introducing a new trophy office suite titled The Penthouse at UNO South Pointe. The new penthouse level, encompassing approximately 10,069 square feet, is planned above the existing seventh floor and is scheduled for delivery in early 2027.

Originally completed in 2002, UNO South Pointe remains the only Class A office building in the South of Fifth district. The penthouse expansion will rise above the existing structure and offer unobstructed 360 degree views spanning the Atlantic Ocean, Government Cut, and the Miami skyline, introducing a category of office space previously unavailable in the neighborhood.

The recently completed interior renovation and overall design refresh were led by Batisela+Tom. The renovation reinterprets the original architectural language established by Arquitectonica while responding to the building’s coastal and urban context. The updated interiors deliver a refined workplace environment that maintains continuity with the structure’s original design intent.

Design of the penthouse expansion is being led by Gigi Alvarez, whose portfolio includes office environments for Bloomberg, LVMH, Cushman & Wakefield, and Lennar across Miami and New York. Plans call for premium materials, expansive glazing, and high end finishes oriented toward ocean and skyline views.

UNO South Pointe offers a light filled, contemporary office environment with sweeping Atlantic Ocean views and a broad range of amenities. The property comprises approximately 97,500 square feet of office and retail space and includes on site structured parking, more than 10,000 square feet of outdoor terraces, 17 private office suites, a 24 hour controlled access concierge, and a rooftop terrace equipped with a wet bar and kitchen. The building provides 106 covered parking spaces, with private balconies available for select office suites.
Leasing for the penthouse is being led by Longstead Real Estate at The Corcoran Group, under the direction of Cyril Bijaoui, with formal marketing expected to launch in February.
