Celebrity chef Todd English is taking up residency at Bentley Residences Miami, where he will helm the tower’s private, residents-only restaurant, Proper English by Todd English. The concept marks English’s first-ever private residential dining venture and will be accessible exclusively to residents of the oceanfront development.

Located in Sunny Isles Beach, Proper English by Todd English is planned as an intimate amenity integrated into the residential program rather than a public-facing restaurant. In addition to overseeing the culinary direction, English will maintain an active presence, hosting chef-led demonstrations and private dining events designed specifically for residents, offering direct engagement typically unavailable in traditional residential settings.

The restaurant will reflect English’s established approach to refined yet approachable cuisine, informed by a career that includes multiple James Beard Awards and a global portfolio of restaurant concepts. Positioned within the tower’s private amenities, the venue is intended to function as an extension of the residential experience.

Bentley Residences Miami is currently under construction at 18401 Collins Avenue as a 716-foot-tall oceanfront condominium tower. The project is being developed by Dezer Development in partnership with Bentley Motors, with Coastal Construction serving as general contractor and Sieger Suarez Architects as architect of record. The development will comprise 216 residences, with completion currently planned for 2028.
