A New York-based developer intends to move forward with an apartment complex near Hollywood’s Young Circle.

The unnamed development is set to measure eight stories above grade and comprise 387 apartments. Homes would range from studio to two-bedroom units, with most of the homes (202) being one-bedroom units. Amenities at the multi-family development would include a swimming pool, library, and fitness center. There would also be a communal lounge and 491-spot parking garage.

In total, the venture would require close to 280,000 square feet of new construction. Developer Bridge Asset Management has the project’s 3.08-acre site under contract from its current owners.

In 2023, Mill Creek Residential proposed another venture for the site (a project known as Modera Hollywood) but that venture didn’t come to fruition. The site currently hosts just over 33,000 square feet of office space spread across multiple buildings built in the 1950s and 1960s.

Greenspoon Marder is representing the developer’s application. Coral Gables-based Realization Architects is the architect. Renderings show that, although the building measures eight stories at its peak, at one point, it lowers to four stories.

Bridge Asset Management’s project is contingent on whether it can secure a rezoning approval from DH02 to DH03. If approved, the apartment complex would occupy 400 S Dixie Hwy, Hollywood, FL, 33020, in Broward County.
