Florida YIMBY has an update regarding Glass House Boca Raton, a residential development taking shape in its namesake city.

Previously, our June 2025 report shared that construction had started on the nine-story venture, set to become “the first modern glass building in the heart of the city.” Now, developer 280 E. Palmetto Park Road LLC has secured a $70 million construction loan to fund the tower’s vertical construction. Multi-Housing News shares that Maxim Capital was the lender; Arrow Real Estate Advisors was the broker.

Upon its anticipated 2027 completion, Glass House Boca Raton will comprise 28 units. Floorplans will range from two-bedroom to four-bedroom units, spanning about 2,500 to 3,864 square feet each. In-unit features will include integrated smart home technology, private terraces, and chef-inspired kitchens. Each residence is guaranteed two parking spots stored in an underground garage.

Since the condos’ launch in 2024, more than one-third have been sold; the homes start at $2.7 million. Communal amenities will include (but aren’t limited to) a swimming pool, fitness center, and co-working space. GarciaStromberg is the architect. Kaufman Lynn Construction is the general contractor.

Glass House Boca Raton is unfolding at 280 E. Palmetto Park Road, Boca Raton, Florida, 33432, in Palm Beach County.
