Florida YIMBY has an update regarding a luxury high-rise venture we first covered in June 2024. Ella Miami Beach, which officially started construction last year, is slated to top out at 10 stories in two weeks.
The venture is set to comprise 103 units – 70 percent of which have already been pre-sold. The condos are currently priced from $600,000 to $2 million. Layout plans will span studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom models; in-unit features include nine-foot-high ceilings, washers and dryers, and powder rooms.

The two penthouses would feature 1,000-square-foot terraces. The remaining 101 units would come outfitted with balconies or patios, depending on the level. In addition to the private beach club, residents would have access to a variety of on-site amenities, including (but not limited to) a rooftop swimming pool, fitness center, and summer kitchen.
Ella Miami Beach would also have 2,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Constellation Group, The Boschetti Group, and Vietmar are the three developers. Ortega Construction Co. is the general contractor; Arquitectonica is the architect, and Interiors by Steven G. is the interior designer.
Ella Miami Beach is evolving at 6940 Abbott Ave., Miami Beach, Florida, 33141, in Miami-Dade County. Completion is slated for early 2027.
