Yesterday, Florida YIMBY reported on 299 Minorca, an eight-story, mixed-use venture spearheaded by Constellation Group and Boschetti Group.
Today, we’re reporting on another venture in the developers’ pipeline: Ella Miami Beach, a 10-story residential tower offering 95 condos. This is not to be confused with ELLE Residences Miami, a taller, separate venture.

Ella Miami Beach’s homes range from studio to two-bedroom layout plans, and according to the South Florida Business Journal, residences will span 434 to 1,076 square feet each. In-unit amenities include expansive outdoor terraces, plank-style flooring, and various high-end finishes.
Communal amenities include a pickleball court, rooftop swimming pool, and fitness center – among other offerings. Condo sales launched in June 2023, with 36 percent of the units already sold. Construction has not started, although the venture’s website anticipates completion for the first quarter of 2026.
Aside from the residential aspect, Ella Miami Beach will feature 2,200 square feet of retail. Internationally renowned and Miami-based Arquitectonica designed the high-rise. Nomada is managing the project’s short-term rental aspect.
Developers purchased the 25,000-square-foot parcel for Ella Miami Beach for $5.5 million in February 2023. It’s currently slated for 6940 Abbott Ave, Miami Beach, FL, 33141, in Miami-Dade County.
