Related Ross is proceeding with an ultra-luxury venture intended to draw wealthy residents to West Palm Beach.
Edgeworth is set to comprise two 28-story towers, comprising a total of 168 residences – nine of which would be penthouses. Standard residences would comprise one-bedroom to five-bedroom floorplans.
With March and White Design serving as the interior designer, residences will “embrace a soft and sophisticated, Riviera-inspired aesthetic.” Homes would also come with waterfront views, floor-to-ceiling windows, and high-end appliances. Currently, homes are priced from $2.5 million to $35.5 million.

Residents would have access to more than 90,000 square feet of amenities, including a resort-style swimming pool and deck, along with other offerings centered around health and wellness. Construction is expected to start on Edgeworth next year, with the construction process expected to take two years.
As noted, Related Ross is the developer. Edgewater would mark its third high-rise tower in West Palm Beach. Related Ross has many projects unfolding in its South Florida pipeline, including a two-building venture set to feature 164 affordable housing units.
Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is leading the sales for Edgewater; Kohn Pedersen Fox is the architect.
Edgewater will occupy 1155 South Flagler Drive, West Palm Beach, Florida, 33401, in Palm Beach County.
