Construction has reached 872 feet at Cipriani Residences Miami, an 80-story condominium tower rising at 1420 South Miami Avenue in Brickell. Developed by Mast Capital and designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by 1508 London, the building has surpassed the 868-foot roof height of Panorama Tower and now stands as the tallest residential tower south of Manhattan. Moss Construction is serving as general contractor.
The tower is expected to reach approximately 950 feet upon completion and will yield 397 condominium residences spanning one to four bedrooms. Prices start from $1.8 million, with the Canaletto Collection, a limited offering of ultra-luxury homes at the tower’s highest elevations, starting from $4.1 million. Sales and marketing are handled exclusively by Fortune Development Sales. Completion is anticipated in 2027.

“This milestone reflects a disciplined commitment to craftsmanship and the conviction that buildings of this scale must offer far more than height,” said Camilo Miguel Jr., Founder and CEO of Mast Capital. “What we are seeing is not only the physical rise of Cipriani Residences Miami, but the continued ascent of Miami itself. As global wealth, leading financial institutions, and major companies establish a permanent presence here, expectations around design, service, and overall quality have fundamentally evolved. Our responsibility has been to respond with a level of precision, rigor, and execution that defines its own standard.”

Arquitectonica principal Bernardo Fort-Brescia designed the tower with a curving glass facade and a series of tiered terraces that become more articulated toward the upper levels, producing a tapered crown profile. Interiors by 1508 London employ a palette of warm neutrals and rich wood tones. Construction has been advancing at approximately one floor every several working days.

“In conceiving Cipriani Residences Miami, we were inspired by the timeless connection between Venice and the water,” said Fort-Brescia. “The sweeping curving glass terraces reflect both the sky and Biscayne Bay, allowing the tower to feel connected to its South Florida setting. And as the tower reaches the skies, it dissolves into a series of terraces that define a unique profile.”
Work is now progressing through the Penthouse Collection, the uppermost residential tier, with the Canaletto Collection homes occupying the building’s highest levels. The milestone establishes a new benchmark for residential height in both Miami and the state of Florida.
Upon completion, Cipriani Residences Miami will offer more than 50,000 square feet of amenity space. Planned programming includes a resident-only restaurant, private dining areas, a 37th-floor speakeasy, a resort-style pool deck with cabanas, a wellness program, and Cipriani-branded hospitality services covering in-home dining and concierge offerings.
