Exterior finishing work is advancing on 600 Miami Worldcenter, a 32-story, 330-foot-tall condominium tower at 600 NE 1st Avenue within the $6 billion, 27-acre Miami Worldcenter master plan in Downtown Miami. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International with interiors by The Design Agency, the project is developed by a joint venture of Merrimac Ventures and Aria Development Group and built by general contractor Beauchamp Construction, whose signage is visible at the building’s podium base. Banco Inbursa provided the $95 million construction loan for the project.
Aerial photographs from early March 2026 show the site still enclosed construction fencing and barricades, with materials, equipment, and machinery distributed across the ground level as work continues at the base of the tower. The ground floor remains largely exposed and unglazed, with active construction concentrated around the podium and entry sequences. Above, the concrete superstructure stands fully topped out at 32 stories, an announcement we covered back in October 2025. Glazing is substantially complete across the lower and middle residential floors, while the uppermost levels and the hoist line remain unfinished, the latter expected to be among the final sections to receive window installation following the removal of temporary construction hoists. Balcony glass railings are installed across the majority of the facade, with only minor gaps remaining and more noticeable omissions along the top few floors at the time of the photos.

The exterior wall surfaces appear to be getting in a light blue tone treatment across much of the tower. Smoothing and finishing work is most advanced along the east and west elevations, while recessed vertical sections and portions near the roofline remain in earlier stages of envelope completion. The bulkhead and rooftop structures remain in exposed concrete, with temporary wood formwork, ladders, and construction materials visible throughout.

The tower will yield 606 fully furnished condominium residences with no rental restrictions, configured as studios, junior one-bedroom units, one-bedroom units, one-bedroom units with dens, and two-bedroom layouts ranging from 402 to 830 square feet. The project sold out prior to the start of construction, with sales managed by OneWorld Properties. Units were initially priced from the $400,000s, with closings anticipated in Q4 2026. The building will not include on-site parking and will feature 4,500 square feet of ground-floor restaurant space and 1,261 square feet of office space. Amenities will include a rooftop pool and lounge, a fitness center with outdoor training space by Homage Fitness, a resident lounge, co-working suite, summer kitchen, and a 24-hour attended lobby with a Luxer One automated parcel system.
600 Miami Worldcenter is located at the northwest corner of NE 1st Avenue and NE 6th Street, bordered to the north by the FECR rail corridor and adjacent to The Crosby, a 450-unit condominium developed by Merrimac Ventures and Related Group and currently under construction by Beauchamp Construction. Within Miami Worldcenter, Merrimac is also developing Flow House, a 40-story, 466-unit tower in partnership with Adam Neumann’s Flow. Together, the developer’s three active towers within the district will add more than 1,500 residential units to Downtown Miami. The broader Miami Worldcenter district is being developed by Miami Worldcenter Associates, led by managing partners Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani in partnership with CIM Group. Completion of 600 Miami Worldcenter remains on track for later this year.
