North Carolina-based Aventon Cos. intends to move forward with another multi-family housing project in Southwest Florida.
The proposed Aventon Little Multifamily would comprise 270 apartments spread across nine three-story buildings. The homes would be built out across nine phases, where, upon completion, the garden-style community would be centered around a man-made pond.
Homes would be a mix of studio to three-bedroom layout plans, and residents would have access to a variety of on-site amenities. These would include a swimming pool, clubhouse, and 471 parking spots.
Aventon Little Multifamily is just one of a handful of communities under the Aventon banner in Florida. In June 2024, Florida YIMBY reported on Aventon Lake Conway, a 346-unit venture in Orlando. Construction ended last year; Apartments.com notes that rent ranges from $1,720 to $3,090 a month.
Aventon Little Multifamily is in its beginning planning stages, with its developer recently having filed permits with the Southwest Florida Water Management District. The project’s 14-acre site is mostly undeveloped. In addition to Aventon Cos., other involved parties on Aventon Little Multifamily include Innovations Design Group and Regency Design & Engineering.
If given the necessary approvals, the 270-unit development would occupy 8620 Decubellis Rd, New Port Richey, FL, 34654, in Pasco County.
