‘ClearView at Echelon City Center’ Completes Construction at 101 Main Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida

Developers Echelon and Third Lake Partners have unveiled their newest multi-family housing project in Pinellas County.

ClearView at Echelon City Center measures 14 stories above grade and features 363 apartments and townhomes. KAST Construction started sitework on the venture back in March 2024; the development is part of the larger Echelon City Center endeavor, which spans more than 20 acres and will feature hotel rooms, retail and office space, and up to 2,300 residences.

Specifically, the apartments at ClearView at Echelon City Center range from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans, spanning 725 to 2,263 square feet. The townhomes range from two-story to three-story models (with most being three-story models), topping out around 2,260 square feet.

Homes feature a variety of high-end finishings, including quartz countertops, built-in wine cellars, and stainless-steel appliances. Apartments.com notes that rent currently ranges from $2,615 to $7,585 a month. In addition to the residences,  ClearView at Echelon City Center hosts a five-story parking garage and 20,500 square feet of ground-floor retail and restaurant space.

One of the community’s centerpieces is an expansive resort-style swimming pool that comes outfitted with barbeque stations, private cabanas, and fire pits. There is also a fitness center, library, and dog spa, among other on-site offerings.
