Foundation work is progressing at Edge House Miami, a 57-story residential tower under construction at 1825 NE 4th Avenue in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Developed by Grupo T&C and designed by Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, the 649-foot-tall structure will yield 608 turnkey residential units. Thornton Construction Company is serving as general contractor.
In a construction update shared on LinkedIn, Andy Poschl, senior project manager at Thornton Construction Company, said Keller has completed pile work within the mat foundation area. The north tower crane is now operational, while crews from G&E Florida Contractors, the shell contractor, have been unloading rebar on site ahead of bottom mat rebar installation, beginning at the north section of the foundation.
Structural BR is continuing waterproofing work along the vertical walls of the DSM system, with that scope approximately 75 percent complete. Crews are also working on the pile cap for the second tower crane, located at the southwest corner of the site. The pile cap is expected to be poured Friday, May 8, with delivery and installation of the second tower crane scheduled for Monday, May 11.

Residences will span from 410 to 1,242 square feet, with interiors by Adriana Hoyos Design Studio. Features include floor-to-ceiling windows, nine-foot ceilings, private terraces, and Smart Building technology. The development’s amenities will be distributed across two levels and a skyline deck, including active and tranquil pools, a wellness center with treatment rooms, a yoga studio, fitness facilities, and indoor and outdoor lounges. Additional features will include co-working areas, meeting rooms, a podcast studio, and a lobby lounge with bar and coffee service. A 24/7 valet and concierge will serve residents. Outdoor amenities designed by Witkin Hults & Partners will include landscaped gardens, a playground, and a putting green. Edge House Miami is also described as the first biosecure short-term rental tower in the area, integrating Clear™ air, water, and surface purification technology. Douglas Elliman Development Marketing is the exclusive sales and marketing broker for the project.
