Skymor Sanford is still undergoing construction in its namesake city.
The build-to-rent community is slated to comprise 84 rental units, with eight already having debuted. Floorplans will exclusively comprise three-bedroom, two-bathroom units.
The average residence will hover around 1,730 square feet. The largest currently listed on the venture’s website top out at 2,000.
In-unit features are set to include stainless steel appliances, nine-foot-high ceilings, and luxury vinyl flooring (LVF). LVF differs from laminate flooring in that it’s vinyl-based rather than wood, allowing better fade and scratch resistance. Select units will come with balconies or patios, depending on the elevation.

Communal amenities at Skymor Sanford will include a swimming pool and an open-air cabana. According to Greystar, homes are currently priced from $2,630 a month; RentCafé reports that the average rent for an apartment in Sanford is currently $1,702 a month, a 1.41 percent increase from last year.
Toll Brothers previously owned Skymor Sanford; the Pennsylvania-based firm started construction on the venture in 2025. Multi-Family News reports that PCCP recently purchased the community. Completion is slated for early 2027.
Skymor Sanford is unfolding less than two miles away from Orlando Sanford International Airport at 3682 Caravan Lane, Sanford, Florida, 32771, in Seminole County.
