32-Unit ‘EDEN Residences’ Planned for Late 2027 Completion at 2557 NE 190th St, Aventura, FL

Construction has started on a mid-rise condo project in Ojus.

EDEN Residences is slated to measure 10 stories above grade, featuring a total of 32 units. The venture’s website shows three floorplans: one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, two-bedroom/two-bathroom units, and penthouses. Most of the homes will be two-bedroom models. There will be two penthouses.

Floorplans span 711 to 2,67 square feet; the residences will start on the fourth floor. Some in-unit features will include European cabinetry, elevated finishings, and natural lighting. Communal amenities are set to feature a rooftop swimming pool, all-in-one fitness center, and an outdoor gourmet lounge designed in the Italian al fresco style.

The condos are currently priced from $570,000, and the community will allow short-term rentals. At the time of publication, our sources indicated that close to 30 percent of the condos had been pre-sold.

Growin Group and Property Pro Partners are the developers. The pair purchased EDEN Residences’ 10,294-square-foot build site for $1.69 million in 2025. They filed plans for the venture that same year. Saivay Construction is the general contractor. The firm intends to have the project completed by late 2027. Galviria Architects is the architect.
