New Photos Showcase Completed Alba Palm Beach At 4714 N. Flagler Drive In West Palm Beach

Alba Palm Beach has debuted at 4714 N. Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach’s Northwood neighborhood. Designed by Spina O’Rourke + Partners and developed by BGI Companies in partnership with Blue Road, the 22-story waterfront condominium tower yields 55 residences overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. Move-ins are now underway, with the development reporting that 95 percent of its direct water-view residences have been sold. Moss Construction served as the general contractor.

Newly released photographs show the completed tower, residences, and amenity spaces following construction. The imagery highlights the building’s waterfront setting along the Intracoastal Waterway, as well as outdoor terraces, pool decks, and interior common areas. Alba Palm Beach is the first newly completed waterfront residential development along this stretch of North Flagler Drive as residential and commercial investment continues throughout the corridor north of Downtown West Palm Beach.

Residences at Alba Palm Beach begin at $2.5 million and range from waterfront condominium homes to a collection of townhomes, which have since sold out. The development also features the Horizon Penthouse Collection, a limited series of six residences spanning floors 19 through 21. The penthouses feature 11-foot ceilings, private elevator access, and views overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach Island, and the Atlantic Ocean.
