Construction has topped out on PORT 32 Palm Beach Gardens, a ground-up marina redevelopment at 2385 PGA Boulevard in Palm Beach Gardens. Developed by PORT 32 Marinas, LLC and constructed by Miller Construction Company, the project reached structural completion on June 4 with a topping out ceremony marking the completion of all three buildings. The state-of-the-art marina is expected to open in December 2026.
The ceremony commemorated the placement of the final structural beam and brought together representatives from PORT 32 Marinas, Miller Construction Company, Watt, Inc., and additional project partners. A ceremonial beam was signed by project leaders and team members to mark the milestone. According to the development team, more than 150 construction workers and project personnel have contributed to the project to date.

The marina is also being designed as the only Category 5 hurricane-rated marina in Palm Beach County. According to the developer, the facility is engineered to withstand wind speeds of up to 180 miles per hour and is recognized by most insurance providers as an accepted hurricane dockage location.
In addition to marina operations, the property will feature approximately 31,296 square feet of commercial space dedicated to marine services and boat sales. The program includes climate-controlled marine offices and retail space, heated and cooled service units, as well as additional storage and flexible-use spaces.
