SeaGlass Cove, an oceanfront community at 59720 Overseas Highway in Marathon, has reached completion and secured an $8.46 million permanent loan from Centennial Bank. Developed by Constellation Group and Ironwood Venture Group and designed by Alderman Planning Company, the community consists of 14 three-story residences overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The permanent financing replaces the project’s construction loan and marks its transition from development to a fully completed residential community. According to the developers, 7 of the residences have been sold, leaving the community 50 percent sold with 7 move-in-ready homes remaining.
The residences offer more than 4,800 square feet of indoor-outdoor living space with four- and five-bedroom floor plans featuring expansive great rooms, chef’s kitchens, spa-inspired bathrooms, owner and guest suites, covered terraces, private cabanas, and two-car garages. Landscaped by Landwise Design, the community also includes a private white-sand beach, resort-style swimming pool, and pickleball court connected by landscaped grounds.

The remaining residences include four turnkey furnished homes, one of which was designed by award-winning luxury interior design firm Interiors by Steven G. Prices begin at $3 million. According to the developers, the furnished residences allow buyers to occupy their homes immediately, while the ability to rent on a weekly basis provides additional flexibility for owners when they are not in residence.

The $8.46 million permanent financing from Centennial Bank closed following completion of construction. According to the announcement, the loan provides a long-term financing structure as SeaGlass Cove enters its next phase of sales and operations.

The residences feature Stone International cabinetry, KitchenAid appliances, and interiors by designBAR, with layouts emphasizing indoor-outdoor living. Expansive great rooms open to covered terraces, while private cabanas and outdoor living areas overlook the waterfront. According to the developers, the architecture, interiors, landscaping, and material palette were coordinated to create a cohesive resort-style residential environment.
SeaGlass Cove is located on Grassy Key near Hawks Cay Resort and Marina, Coffins Patch Reef, known for its coral formations and lobstering, and The Lagoon, a destination for wakeboarding and other water recreation. Residents also have access to nearby marinas, restaurants, shops, and natural beaches. The community is approximately 20 minutes south of Islamorada and offers convenient access to Florida Keys/Marathon International Airport and the Overseas Highway.
