Sitework has started on the second phase of EDGE Collective II in St. Petersburg. The first phase, which features the Moxy hotel and a renovated three-story building, finished construction in 2024.
The second phase of EDGE Collective II will feature about 330 apartments in 20 stories. Residents would have access to various amenities, including a seventh-floor amenity deck with a resort-style swimming pool, fitness center, and spa. Other offerings include a media room and co-working space.
In addition to the residences, EDGE Collective II will feature anywhere from 17,000 to 18,000 square feet of retail, which is expected to host both national and local businesses. PTM Partners is the developer. The firm announced the second phase of EDGE Collective II in 2023.

From its website: “The EDGE Collective site is the best remaining developable site in downtown St. Petersburg along Central Avenue and is the key link between Central Ave. and the 86-acre Tampa Bay Rays master plan development.”
Storyn Studio is the architect. Conceptual renderings show that the ground-floor is designed as a series of corridors and colonnades, meant to reflect something similar to a high-end outdoor marketplace.
Balfour Beatty is the general contractor. It intends to have EDGE Collective II completed by late 2028, meaning construction is anticipated to take about two years. The 20-story high-rise is planned for 11th Street South and 1st Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33705, in Pinellas County.
