‘Berry Bay’ to Get Seventh Phase at U.S. 301 and Berry Grove Boulevard, Wimauma, Florida

A massive multi-family housing community in Wimauma is getting its seventh phase.

Berry Bay is slated for 436 homes – bringing the total number of residences to more than 3,600. Homes will be built on lots spanning 40 to 60 feet, with floorplans measuring about 1,500 to 3,600 square feet. Layout plans will range from three-bedroom to six-bedroom units; some will feature two-car garages, while others will have three-car garages. Homes are anticipated to start in the $300,000s.

The seventh phase of Berry Bay will yield a host of interior and exterior amenities. A sampling include a resort-style swimming pool, a children’s playground, and dog parks. There will also be a few sports courts, offering space for pickleball and basketball.

Tampa-based Eisenhower Property Group is the developer. The firm purchased the project’s build site for $1.2 million in 2022. Some of the homebuilders at Berry Bay include D.R Horton, Perry Homes, and Aston Woods. Clearview Land Design is the civil engineer.

This will not be the last phase of Berry Bay – in fact, far from it. Future plans call for at least six more phases, intended to deliver 300 townhomes. Berry Bay is located near the intersection of U.S. 301 and Berry Grove Boulevard, Wimauma, Florida, 33598, in Hillsborough County.
