Prosper Group and Versluys Group have announced Bugatti Residences Miami, a 60-story residential tower planned at 75 SW Miami Avenue Road in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. Designed by Brandon Haw Architecture, with interiors by Yabu Pushelberg, the $650 million development will yield 183 residences, including four penthouses. The project marks Bugatti’s first branded residential development in the United States.
The waterfront property has more than 300 feet of frontage along the Miami River, with water access to Biscayne Bay. Prosper Group, led by CEO Jay Roberts, is developing the tower in partnership with Belgium-based Versluys Group, led by CEO Bart Versluys.

Brandon Haw Architecture’s design will draw on elements of Bugatti’s vehicles, including the marque’s signature C-line. Yabu Pushelberg, led by George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg, will oversee the interiors, incorporating references to the automaker’s design language throughout the residential spaces.

The announcement follows Bugatti Residences by BinGhatti in Dubai, the brand’s first residential project. Founded by Ettore Bugatti in Molsheim, France, in 1909, the automaker cites its founder’s principle as a reference for its expansion into residential development:
“If comparable, it is no longer Bugatti.”
Bugatti has selected Rhodium as its exclusive global residential operating partner. Planned services at the Miami development include butler service, with residential operations being considered alongside the architecture and interior design.

Sales are slated to launch in the first half of 2027.
